Action plan
We have formulated the following action plan in compliance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children*1 to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by creating a comfortable work environment in which they can balance work and childcare.
*1 The Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children is a law enacted so that the national government, local governments, companies, and citizens can work together to create an environment in which children, who will lead the next generation, are born and raised in a healthy environment.

Goal 1
Disseminate and provide information on available systems including maternity leave, childcare leave, childcare leave benefits and exemption from social insurance premiums during childcare leave.

Further improve employees' work-life balance.
