CSR Information and Environmental Policy

Recognizing that compliance is one of the most important management priorities, we conduct our business activities in accordance with corporate ethics, including laws and regulations and internal rules.

Our Compliance and Risk Management Committee, directly supervised by the President, discusses initiatives to promote compliance. Through this, the entire company works together to advance our compliance activities.

To prevent legal violations and raise employee awareness, we provide various legal compliance training programs for all employees.

Kanto Aircraft Instrument believes it is essential to secure the confidentiality of information assets to maintain a trusting relationship with customers and carry out policy measures based on security requirements of customers and the security measures published by the IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan).

The Compliance and Risk Management Committee discusses security measures and sets security levels as part of our security enhancement initiatives.

To prevent information leaks and other security incidents and raise employee awareness, we provide employees with information security education including the dissemination of prohibited acts related to information security.

Kanto Aircraft Instrument Co., Ltd. positions environmental conservation activities as a top management priority and is promoting global environmental conservation activities in all of its business activities to contribute to a sustainable society.

In all our business activities, we comply with environmental laws, regulations and other requirements, afford as much technical and economic consideration to the conservation of the natural environment as possible, and strive to prevent pollution.

To realize a sustainable society, we promote the following environmental conservation activities inside and outside the company.

• Energy and resource conservation
• Reduction of waste and hazardous chemicals
• Effective use of resources

In order to achieve the goals set out in this environmental policy, we will establish environmental objectives and targets and promote environmental management across the entire company.
In addition, we periodically review our environmental objectives and targets and revise them as necessary to continuously improve our environmental management system.

We communicate this environmental policy to all employees and all individuals who work at KAI and provide education to all employees so that they can understand it and act accordingly.
This environmental policy is also made available to the public.
